Volunteer at River Valley!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a board member at River Valley Credit Union. As a not-for-profit financial institution, River Valley trusts the volunteer leadership of its Board of Directors and various other Committees to help guide credit union management and keep the credit union strong and secure.
To become a director, candidates must be a member in good standing of River Valley Credit Union and may not have any family ties to any current volunteer or staff member. Candidates must agree to uphold the credit union philosophy and River Valley’s vision, mission, and core values.

Prospective board members must be willing and able to regularly attend monthly board meetings. Meetings occur in the evening on the third Tuesday of each month. From time to time, there may be additional meeting requirements to allow for smooth operation of the credit union.

Candidates selected to become member volunteers will need to participate in a screening process that may include a credit check.
